The Stampede's 100th Anniversary is being recognized by the release of 2 new stamps.
Canada Post is putting the "stamp" in the Calgary Stampede this year.
Genevieve Latour with Canada Post explains that they have released 2 stamps to celebrate one of the country's biggest parties.
Latour says the stamps are meant to depict western culture - one features a
rodeo horse, the other a belt buckle.
Both stamps were designed by Calgary artist Xerxes Irani.
The stamps are on sale now in post offices or online at canadapost.ca.
