The Community Learning Campus and Olds College are hosting a "Ride for Mental Health". Recreation & Special Events Programmer at the CLC Steven Bowie says it is free for members of the community to drop in even without a gym membership. The ride will be a two day event this year at the CLC Fitness Centre on January 25th and 26th.
You can cycle for a good cause while staying indoors during the CLC Fitness Centre's "Ride for Mental Health" next week.
The Community Learning Campus, Olds College Broncos, and the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) are hosting events to support mental health awareness.
Recreation & Special Events Programmer at the CLC Steven Bowie says 17 spin bikes will be set up along the gym track.
He hopes they can break last year's record.
Bowie notes you can ride free and drop in without a gym membership on January 25th and 26th at the CLC.
For every kilometer you ride, Staks Fitness will donate 15 cents to support the Olds College Student Emergency Bursary.
