The process for Mountain View County's Municipal Development Plan bylaw has now advanced past the public hearing stage.

The public hearing for Mountain View County's Municipal Development Plan bylaw is now closed.

CAO Tony Martens says a handful of ammendments will be made to the document, based on input collected from stakeholders & local municipalities during the public hearing process.

Mountain View County council will deliberate 2nd reading of the Municipal Development Plan bylaw at the July 18th meeting.

Reeve Beattie anticipates that August 15th would be the earliest possible date for them to pass 3rd & final reading.
