Sundre RCMP Investigating Break And Enter To River Monitoring Shed

Police are looking for help from the public to identify the criminal(s) responsible for breaking into and taking items from the river monitoring shed located along the Red Deer River near the Greenwood Campground in Sundre. The shed was broken into sometime between October 31st, 2018 and January 8th, 2019.

Sundre, AB ~ The Sundre RCMP are requesting the public's assistance to help identify the individual(s) responsible for the following matter.

Sometime between October 31, 2018 and January 8, 2019, the river monitoring shed was broken into and items stolen. The shed is located along the Red Deer River near the Greenwood Campground situated in Sundre.

The shed is utilized to monitor the water flow and levels of the Red Deer River by Alberta Ministries. It was discovered on January 8th, 2019 that sometime in the last two months the shed was broken into and equipment related to water monitoring was stolen.

Sundre RCMP are requesting that anyone with information related to this crime to contact the Sundre RCMP Detachment at 403-638-3675 or Crimes Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (2477).
