Chinook's Edge School Division - Coronavirus (COVID-19) Important Update

On Sunday, March 15th the Government of Alberta has cancelled all K-12 classes in Alberta effective immediately and students are expected to stay at home. Chinook's Edge School Division's Superintendent of Schools Kurt Sacher says they will share further updates with parents directly at approximately 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 16th and this will also be posted on the website.

Important Update March 15th, 2020 at 7:15 p.m.

The Government of Alberta has canceled all K-12 classes in Alberta effective immediately and students are expected to stay at home: 

➢ All Chinook’s Edge schools are closed to all K-12 students.
➢ Buses will not be running.
➢ Please wait for clarification on when you can pick up your child’s belongings. A process will be outlined later in the week.
 ➢ We will still be moving teaching and learning forward in our division. This will look different at different grades and in different schools. We will be sharing the plan with you once it becomes available.
➢ We will share new information and updates as they become available.
