The Community Standards Bylaw survey results specific to dogs in the Town of Olds now available.
Town of Olds residents had their say this month on the Community Standards Bylaw specific to dogs in town.
Surveys were collected November 1st to 18th which also included two information sessions.
Chief Operating Officer Doug Wagstaff says in total, 409 surveys were collected - 398 surveys were submitted online and 11 paper copies were filled out.
According to Wagstaff, the town will bring back more Community Standards Bylaw items in the new year.
The dog survey report was accepted by council as information on Monday, November 25th.
Wagstaff says administration will draft recommendations for council to be presented at the December 2nd Policies and Priorities Committee Meeting.
He adds, specific recommendations from council will stem from that presentation.
