The Didsbury Minor Hockey Association is preparing for the upcoming season. Unfortunately, President Rick Phillips says there are major renovations being done by the town at the Didsbury Memorial Complex arena. Right now DMHA is phoning around to all the local towns to see what they can get for ice time.

The Didsbury Minor Hockey Association continues to prepare for the upcoming season.

Unfortunately, President Rick Phillips says there are major renovations being done by the town at the Didsbury Memorial Complex arena.

Until closer to September, Phillips says DMHA won't know for sure where they are going to be playing.

Phillips adds, Didsbury Minor Hockey met with the town last week and they are starting a "return to play" plan.

The closing date for registrations is August 21st. However, Phillips says if there are kids who want to play, Didsbury Minor Hockey will not say no to them after that date.
