This month the Hope 4 Mountain View County Kids Society is heading into its 7th year as a non-profit organization.
Just over $46-thousand dollars was raised this year to assist families with children in medical need.
Founder Lisa Nicholson says each year they have seen about a 30 percent rise in applications from families.
She says - out of this year's money - Hope 4 MVC Kids gifted over $18-thousand dollars in equipment costs.
Nicholson adds, if they continue to see an increase this financial year, Hope 4 MVC Kids will need over $60-thousand dollars to support families, plus their operating costs.
