Before going into lockdown, Belgium had already closed all schools, bars, restaurants, sports clubs and more.
Van't Klooster says he goes for a walk for about an hour each day in the lunch hour to get some fresh air and sunlight.
Biking, jogging and other exercise outside is still allowed, but people in Belgium have been instructed by the government to do so on their own or with their housemates.
