Town of Didsbury - Council Approves Two Capital Budget Items

The 2020 proposed Operating and Capital Budgets can be found on the town of Didsbury website. The Operational Budget will return to council in March or April for further review.

The town of Didsbury recently approved a couple of Capital Budget items.

Mayor Rhonda Hunter says at their regular council meeting on January 28th the Westhill Place sanitary service line replacement was approved at a cost of $94,000 dollars.

The funding for that project will come from the town of Didsbury's reserves.

Mayor  says the 15th Avenue Storm-water Main extension was also approved in the amount of $1,070,000 dollars.

The project will be funded by a Municipal Sustainability Initiative (MSI) grant.
